As a mission driven organization, IESC cares about making a difference. We want to know how we are doing and be able to continually improve how we do our work.
We have a universal set of metrics that we monitor across all programs and activities. They demonstrate progress toward our mission and help to tell our story. Established in 2013, these measures of impact represent data going back to 2009.

Value of financing disaggregated by debt (loan applications), equity (private investment) , and leverage (matching funds)
Percent change in value of sales before assistance compared with six months after assistance
New full time, part time, or seasonal jobs that did not exist before IESC assistance
Number of volunteer assignments on programs
All enterprises, institutions, and organizations that receive IESC assistance
Number of individuals who receive assistance through program interventions
