Ethics and Compliance

Integrity is a core IESC value. IESC strives to embody the highest standards of professional and ethical behavior in business practices and comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations in the countries where we work.

Every individual working on behalf of the organization is required to adhere to the IESC Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. Individuals are expected to maintain ethical practices, conduct all business dealings with integrity, immediately disclose conflicts of interest, comply with applicable laws, and report ethical violations.

Embodying the values of ethics and integrity is a team effort. Employees and other individuals are encouraged to report any violations directly to their supervisor or primary contact at IESC.

Individuals may also report anonymously to the IESC Ethics Officer through the IESC Ethics and Compliance Hotline at 202-697-9834, or by emailing ethics@iesc.org. All reports will be reviewed and responded to appropriately.
