Approach

The program followed the American tradition of volunteerism, leveraged U.S. market economy experience, and helped establish market linkages between the U.S. and China. Our local partner, the China State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, identified Chinese clients and their needs. IESC then recruited the most qualified and appropriate volunteer experts, refined the scope of the assignment in partnership with the local client, and managed the assignment and logistics from beginning to end, including follow-up.
