The Dominican avocado will be sold in the US market under its own collective export brand

The Dominican Association of Exporters (ADOEXPO) received on Wednesday, February 24, from the National Office of Industrial Property (ONAPI) the certificate of registration of the first collective trademark with which this agricultural product will be marketed in the western zone of the United States: ‘Dom Tropical Avocado from Dominican Republic’. ADOEXPO is working to carry out actions and strengthen this collective brand via an agreement with the Exporta Calidad Program (PEC), financed by the United States Department of Agriculture, and executed by the International Executive Service Corps (IESC).
